All sales are final and non-refundable. Sorry, we do not do returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of our products (including parts). Inserts, stoves and fireplaces cost several hundred if not thousands of dollars to ship. Therefore, we do not accept returns because shipping take hundreds if not thousands of dollars to ship.
